I would make them happy and do what ever they wanted, I would make the best and the biggest memories of all. I would make them promise not to mourn my death, but to celebrate my life. And the only regret I would have is not spending enough time with my daughter, and spending my energy on worrying about my job, and paying the bills on time instead of making her happy. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to change that, because by working hard and paying the bills on time I can provide for her in a way my parents couldn’t for me.

If I had no budget limit for a home makeover I would probably tear the whole place down in a heartbeat. I would expand my kitchen, change all my appliances, a kitchen island is a must have. My bathroom would be next, goodbye shower cabin, hello bathtub. There is nothing I would love more than being able to make a bubble bath and reading a book until the water goes cold. My daughter’s room would be next on my demolition list, new furniture, probably a mural on the wall, depending on whether or not she would want one, lots of storage for her toys and a big shaggy carpet. My bedroom would also get a complete makeover, starting with a big new bed, and a big wardrobe.

June 21, 2011 — 1:00 pmUsually when I get bored and don’t know what to do with myself I choose to either read a book or watch a good movie. Depending on the time I have available I do one of the other. The book is generally my first choice because I love imagining the characters and scenery myself. The excitement I get from I good book is long-lasting for me, especially when I play some music that goes with that particular book. The downside of a good book is that I can’t put it down until I finish, so I usually end up with a bag of popcorn in one hand and a remote control in the other.
